含10%硼聚乙烯中子屏蔽層通風(fēng)管道采用聚乙烯添加碳化硼的復(fù)合屏蔽材料，采用高溫高壓工藝制成。含硼聚乙烯不僅是優(yōu)秀的中子屏蔽材料，還有對(duì)快中子有較好的慢化作用，其中聚乙烯是高富氫材料，氫原子含量較高，在與中子發(fā)生彈性碰撞時(shí)，中子能量被降低，當(dāng)快中子與屏蔽體中氫原子核發(fā)生彈性碰撞時(shí),能將其能量傳遞給氫原子核而損失能量,從而將快中子慢化為慢中子和熱中子。所以,含硼聚乙烯也是屏蔽快中子慢化劑。

The ventilation pipe containing 10% boron-polyethylene neutron shielding layer is made of composite shielding material of polyethylene plus boron carbide by high temperature and high pressure process. Boron-containing polyethylene is not only an excellent neutron shielding material, but also has a good moderating effect on fast neutrons, among which polyethylene is a highly hydrogen-rich material with a high hydrogen content. When elastic collision occurs with neutrons, the neutron energy is reduced. When the fast neutrons collide with the hydrogen nuclei in the shield, they can transfer their energy to the hydrogen nuclei and lose energy, thus slowing down the fast neutrons into slow neutrons and thermal neutrons. Therefore, boron-containing polyethylene is also a shielding fast neutron moderator.

含硼聚乙烯可以使用在各大HE電站、he反應(yīng)堆、醫(yī)學(xué)、中石油、研究院等用作核電站乏燃料及核實(shí)驗(yàn)用產(chǎn)品罐、中子束準(zhǔn)直器、中子捕集器、等方面作為屏蔽中子、射線輻射屏蔽吸收的材料。我公司可以根據(jù)客戶要求添加碳化硼、三氧化二硼 硼砂及鉛粉，含量3%-50%均可生產(chǎn)，并可根據(jù)要求或者圖紙加工成品和設(shè)計(jì)方案。
